What is a perfume decant?
A decant is a smaller amount of an original perfume, carefully transferred into a clean glass spray bottle. At ZYN decants come in 2ml, 6ml, 10ml, 15ml and 30ml, so you can wear a fragrance for days or weeks before buying the full bottle.
Are there any offers?
Orders over Tk 2,000 get 5% off plus free delivery, and orders over Tk 3,000 get 10% off plus free delivery, on decants, attar and inspired perfumes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Can I return a perfume?
Yes, if you receive the wrong product, a damaged product or a product proven to be fake. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and keep a full unboxing video. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with bKash, Nagad or Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery the delivery charge is paid in advance and the rest when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days anywhere in Bangladesh. The charge is Tk 100 inside Dhaka and Tk 130 outside Dhaka, and delivery is free on eligible orders over Tk 2,000.
